Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

1. Subscription Payments

By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing unless cancelled.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically generate refunds for previous payments.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, technical billing errors and unauthorised transactions verified by Stripe.

4. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access.
